Samsung TV division came to us wanting to elevate the current shopping experience online by giving user the experience of retail.
The position of the Virtual Store in an optimized CEJ is critical to its engagement and success.To understand this, we must begin with a strategic approach grounded in our experience and of course, data.
We met the needs of our customers through an intuitive, and intelligent experience through an new shopping experience that helps to narrow down the possibilities and get help making the right choice by taking our best TVs for a spin with 360° product views, educational demos and more.

I worked closely with the internal 3D / art direction team to help define the look and feel for each of the lifestyle TV lines and build a set that was based on Strategic reasons.
Prototype
We needed to a way to show interaction and how a user might interact and their journey. I helped build a working prototype in ProtoPie that allowed client to go through full experience of the website.
